Transparent, fair, and clear billing terms for studio subscriptions, client proofing passes, and escrow milestone payments.
1. Picy Pro Studio Subscription & Pricing Structure
Picy offers tailored software subscriptions and proofing passes engineered for professional wedding photographers, studios, and freelance visual artists.
Eligible for all newly registered studios. Grants 30 days of full access to unlimited client galleries, high-speed WebAssembly compression, custom watermark embedding, and WhatsApp proofing submissions.
Following the conclusion of the initial promotional trial period, your plan automatically renews at the regular standard rate of ₹499/month (plus applicable 18% GST), billed recurringly until cancelled.
2. 1-Click Cancellation & Renewal Cutoffs
We believe in total freedom with zero lock-in contracts:
- Instant 1-Click Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly through your Dashboard > Settings > Billing & Invoices with a single click. No phone calls or retention hurdles required.
- Renewal Cutoff Timing: Cancellations must be initiated at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your next recurring renewal date to ensure the automated payment mandate is cancelled before bank processing.
- Active Service Retention: Upon cancellation, your account retains full access to all active features and galleries until the end of your already paid billing cycle.
3. Subscription Refund Eligibility
Due to the immediate provisioning of Cloudflare R2 high-speed storage infrastructure and bandwidth upon account activation:
- The ₹99 Promotional Trial Month: Non-refundable once activated, as it represents a heavily subsidized promotional rate.
- Accidental Renewals: If you intended to cancel but were charged your monthly renewal, you may request a refund within forty-eight (48) hours of the renewal charge, provided you have not published new client galleries during the new billing cycle.
4. Marketplace Escrow & Creative Milestone Bookings
For users hiring second shooters, drone pilots, or album retouchers via the Picy Escrow Marketplace:
- Cancellation Before Commencement: If an order or shoot is cancelled prior to work or shoot commencement, 100% of the escrow balance is refunded immediately to your original payment method.
- Completed Milestones: Funds released upon milestone delivery and client approval are non-refundable.
- Unsatisfactory Delivery / Dispute: If a creator fails to show up or delivers incomplete work, you may raise a formal dispute. Our dispute arbitration team reviews raw logs, timestamps, and communications within 3–5 business days to issue full or partial escrow refunds.
5. Digital Assets (Lightroom Presets, LUTs, Photoshop Actions)
Because digital asset downloads (.xmp, .dng, .cube, .atn) are irrevocable and immediately accessible upon purchase, all digital store sales are final and non-refundable once the file link is generated or downloaded.
6. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are credited back directly to the originating payment instrument (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days according to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment settlement guidelines.
