Why 450+ Studios Ditched Google Drive for Picy
Wedding clients pay lakhs for photography. Delivering raw Google Drive folders hurts your studio brand and delays your album approvals by months.
| Feature | Old Way: Google Drive / Pendrive | New Way: Picy AI Client Proofing |
|---|---|---|
| Client Experience | Cluttered list of raw file names (DSC_4091.jpg), slow thumbnails, confused brides. | Luxury magazine-style layout, smooth mobile swipe, high-res fast previews. |
| Guest Photo Finding | Guests must manually scroll 3,000 photos to find 2 photos of themselves. | 🤖 AI Selfie Face Match: Guests take 1 selfie & instantly see all their photos! |
| Payment Protection | Clients can download full-res files before paying your balance amount. | 🛡️ Anti-Theft Watermark Shield & screenshot protection until balance is cleared. |
| Selection Workflow | Clients write numbers on paper or WhatsApp: 'select 004, 019, 122...'. | ❤️ 1-Tap Heart selection. Export directly to Lightroom Classic / Bridge CSV. |
| Delivery Channel | Long cryptic URLs that expire or need Gmail login permission. | ⚡ Instant 1-Click WhatsApp Delivery with secure 4-digit client PIN. |

Wedding guests simply upload or snap 1 selfie on their phone. Our neural facial recognition scans thousands of photos in under 2 seconds and presents only the photos they appear in!
Dynamic Anti-Theft Watermarking
Protect your intellectual property. Picy applies dynamic tiled watermarks with client names and your studio logo, while disabling right-clicks, drags, and screenshot captures.

No more copying photo numbers manually. Once the couple finishes selecting their 200 favorites for the album, download a ready-to-import CSV file and filter in Lightroom instantly.
Automated WhatsApp Delivery & PIN Access
Send personalized WhatsApp invites to the couple and family with a secure PIN. Clients can open their gallery directly on iOS or Android without creating an account or downloading an app.
Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about our proofing system or AI Face Match? We have answers.
Q: How does the 60-day free trial work?
You get full, unrestricted access to the complete Pro Studio suite for 60 full days for just a ₹2 AutoPay verification setup! This includes 10 GB Cloud Storage, unlimited client proofing galleries, 1-click Lightroom CSV export, and white-label branding. From Day 61, AutoPay automatically renews at ₹399/mo with 50 GB storage. Cancel anytime with 1 click.
Q: Do wedding guests need to download an application?
Not at all! Picy is a lightweight Progressive Web App (PWA). Guests just open the link on WhatsApp, tap 'Find My Photos', take a selfie with their phone camera, and their matching photos appear immediately in their mobile browser.
Q: Can I use my own studio branding and watermark?
Yes. You can upload your studio logo, set custom cover banners, and customize the watermark opacity and positioning. When guests share their photos, your studio branding travels with them!
Q: How does the Lightroom selection export work?
Once your client clicks 'Submit Selection' on their dashboard, Picy generates a formatted list and a .CSV file. You can simply copy-paste the comma-separated filenames into Lightroom Classic's Library Filter ('Text -> Filename -> Contains') to isolate the chosen shots in 3 seconds.
Q: Is client privacy protected?
Absolutely. Each gallery is encrypted and protected with a private PIN. The master photo downloads are only accessible by the couple, while guests can only view and download web-optimized versions if you permit it.
