How does the ₹2 AutoPay 60-Day Free Trial work?

Every registered photographer and studio owner gets up to 60 days of free trial access with 1 GB cloud storage and full studio tools. You only need to pay ₹2 once to set up a secure UPI AutoPay or e-Mandate on Razorpay. No recurring subscription charges are deducted during your trial period.

What happens if I cross 1 GB storage during the trial period?

1 GB is the trial quota. Once your uploaded client photos cross 1 GB, plan upgrade to ₹399/mo (30 GB) or higher is mandatory to continue uploading. When you upgrade, the free trial ends immediately and your new paid subscription starts with your billing date adjusted automatically.

What are the available storage plans?

We offer 3 flexible studio plans: 1. Pro Studio: ₹399/month for 30 GB cloud storage 2. Studio Plus: ₹499/month for 50 GB cloud storage 3. Studio Max: ₹999/month for 100 GB cloud storage You can switch between these plans anytime.

How does prorated billing and plan upgrade/downgrade work?

When you upgrade or downgrade between plans, the system automatically calculates the unused days from your current billing cycle and adjusts the balance towards your new plan. Your next billing date is automatically updated and recurring AutoPay continues seamlessly at the new plan's rate.

What happens on Day 61 if I stay on the trial?

If you remain within the 1 GB trial limit for the full 60 days, starting on Day 61 your AutoPay will automatically transition to the Pro Studio plan at ₹399/month, upgrading your storage to 30 GB without interruption.

Is there any platform commission on client shoots?

Zero! Both the free trial and all paid studio tiers feature 0% platform commission on all direct client bookings, quotations, and contracts.

Can I cancel or downgrade my subscription?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your AutoPay subscription anytime with 1-click from your Dashboard > Settings > Billing with zero cancellation fees or exit penalties.

Is Picy free for Clients and Freelancers?

Yes! Picy is 100% free for wedding clients to browse, hire, and access their photo galleries. Freelance retouchers, editors, and second shooters also join free and pay zero monthly fees.
