Standard Terms & Conditions:
- Exclusive Date Reservation: The advance token reserves crew exclusively for the agreed date. In case of client cancellation, advance is non-refundable.
- Turnaround Timelines: Color-graded master photos delivered within 21 days. Video films and album layout preview delivered within 45 days.
- Raw Footage Storage: Unedited master RAW files are retained on studio offline drives for 45 days post-event delivery.
- Artistic Copyright & Promotion: Studio retains artistic copyright under the Copyright Act 1957 for promotional/portfolio display. Client has unlimited personal print & social share rights.
- Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failure of performance caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic restrictions, or venue power cuts.
